Healthy Lifestyle Project
The objective of this project was to help Hong Kong Jockey Club to create a new app, in order to provide detailed health assessment and examination for middle-aged people. Also provide comprehensive support for exercise, nutrition and mental health.

The "Jockey Club We WATCH Health Project" aim to help middle-aged people improve their living habits and prevent or delay chronic diseases. The project is the first public health project in Hong Kong that use the "lifestyle medicine" model to help the public prevent chronic diseases. It will be carried out from 2023 to 2025. It aims to recruit more than 20,000 people to participate in screening and provide health management guidance to eligible people.
